Vsftpd Over SSL/TLS2015/12/03

	Enable SSL/TLS for Vsftpd to use secure FTP connections.
[1]	Create Certificates.

FTP Client : Windows

[3	For example of FileZilla on Windows, Open 'File'-'Site Manager'.

[4]	Input user info like follows, for encryption field, select "explicit FTP over TLS".

[5]	The user's Password is required. Input it.

[6]	The following waring is shown because the certificate is own created, it's no ploblem. Go next.

[7]	Just connected with FTPS.
