初期設定 : システムを最新化する2023/02/20

	サーバー運用開始後はシステムのアップデートが難しい場面もありますが、少なくともインストール直後のシステム構築時はシステムを最新化しておきましょう。
[1]	ネットワーク経由でアップデートを実行するコマンドは [yum] / [dnf] が用意されていますが、どちらも [dnf-3] へのリンクとして設定されているので実体は同じです。どちらを使用するかは好みでよいでしょう。
